The oddities community is an interesting place with a lot of interesting people and objects. New Moon, new to the community at the time, wanted to stand out within the but also represent themselves in a way that reflected their product’s aesthetic. I believe the term is “cottagecore.” The idea for the emblem was a request and it ended up being the idea that stuck.

Instead of building out a full brand for this logo we are leaving open for the now to allow flexibility in what fits in the brand while not limiting what could be done.
